The SOS Feature
We provide an emergency SOS button on the dashboard for all active bookings. Triggering the SOS will immediately notify the Humalink safety team and the emergency contacts you have provided. It is designed to be used in situations where you feel unsafe or in danger.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Humalink has a strict zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, abuse, or illegal activities. Any violation of these terms will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the platform, and if applicable, reporting to the local authorities.
If you encounter a safety issue, please report it to our trust and safety team immediately via the contact page or by using the report feature on a user's profile.
