1. Conditions of Use

We will provide our services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.

2. User Accounts

If you are an owner of an account on this website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

3. Platform Rules

As a user of our platform (whether as a Client or a Partner), you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Be entirely responsible for the content you post and any consequences that may arise from such postings.
• Not engage in any illegal, abusive, or harmful activities on the platform or during booked sessions.
• Respect the privacy and boundaries of other users.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through the platform are subject to our payment and cancellation policies. The platform facilitates payments between Clients and Partners but does not take responsibility for the quality or nature of the actual services provided during the meeting, as Partners act as independent contractors.

5. Intermediary Status & Indemnification

Under the provisions of the Information Technology Act (India), Humalink operates strictly as an intermediary platform connecting Clients with Partners. Humalink does not employ the Partners and does not direct or control the services they provide. Therefore, Humalink is not responsible or liable for any conduct, interactions, disputes, injuries, or damages that occur between users during or after any booked sessions. By using the platform, you agree to indemnify and hold Humalink harmless from any claims arising out of your interactions with other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Humalink, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
