Getting Started

Creating an Account

Step-by-step guide to signing up as a client or partner.

Joining Humalink is fast and completely free. We have two distinct account types depending on how you plan to use the platform: Client and Partner.

Client Account Setup

If you are looking to book someone for companionship, an activity, or guidance, you need a Client account.

  1. Click the Sign Up button in the top right corner of the homepage.
  2. Choose the "I want to book someone" option.
  3. Enter your basic details: Name, Email Address, and a secure password.
  4. Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox.
  5. Optional but recommended: Add a profile picture and a short bio so partners know who they are meeting!

Once your email is verified, you can immediately start browsing partners and sending booking requests.

Partner Account Setup

If you want to offer your time and earn money, you need to apply as a Partner. Because we prioritize safety and quality, the partner registration process is more thorough.

  1. Click the Apply as Partner button in the footer or during signup.
  2. Fill out your basic information (Name, Email, Password).
  3. Identity Verification: You will be required to upload a valid government-issued ID. This is strictly for our internal background checks and will never be shared publicly.
  4. Set your Hourly Rate and select the Categories you want to offer services in (e.g., Casual Hangout, Mentorship, Event Companion).
  5. Write a detailed, engaging bio. (See our guide on Crafting the Perfect Profile for tips).

Partner Application Review

To maintain a high-quality community, all partner profiles are manually reviewed by our team. This process typically takes 24-48 hours. You will receive an email once your profile is approved and live on the marketplace.

Managing Your Account

You can update your personal information, change your password, or delete your account at any time by navigating to the Settings page from your dashboard.
